2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff was employed as the Defendant’s employee on October 23, 1989 and served as the Defendant’s head of the compensation team (class I) for the position from May 1, 2013.

The target branch: The number of persons to be recruited by the former branch: Persons to be eligible for an application for name (class 1): A regular employee who has continuously worked for at least ten years as of the date of public announcement and does not fall under subparagraphs 1 through 3 of Article 3 of the Regulations on Honorable Retirement: Application period from March 30, 2015 to April 8, 2015: The place of receipt of an application for voluntary retirement under Article 5 (3) of the Regulations on Honorable Retirement: The department in charge of general affairs of the relevant branch (management team)

B. On March 30, 2015, the Defendant, in accordance with Article 5 of the Rules on Honorable Retirement, announced the recruitment of applicants for voluntary retirement in 2015 as follows:

According to the Defendant’s provision on the voluntary retirement, the voluntary retirement has been made by the head of the branch office of the voluntary retirement in accordance with the employment adjustment, and the voluntary retirement as desired was made by the head of the branch office of the district office of the year 2014, and upon request of the president to issue a personnel appointment to the president, the head of the board of directors decided the voluntary retirement by the appointment of the president. From January 1, 2015, the rules on the voluntary retirement were amended and the chief director announced a recruitment, and the head of the branch office received the application for the voluntary retirement and submitted it to the president, the determination of the voluntary retirement by the chief director is made.

Article 5 (Honorable Retirement at Request) (1) Honorable retirement at his/her request may be implemented by a public announcement of recruitment as follows:

1. The public notice of recruitment of applicants for voluntary retirement shall be made by the chief director according to the public notice of recruitment of applicants for voluntary retirement in attached Form 2;

(3) A person who desires to make a voluntary retirement shall submit an application for voluntary retirement in attached Form 3 to the place of receipt, along with the resignation source.

(4) The head of a branch office shall file an application for voluntary retirement submitted under paragraph (3) within ten days from the expiration date of public announcement of recruitment.
