1. Since the loan hub Z is guaranteed by the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, it recruits with the Defendants to acquire the loan by deceiving the bank by taking advantage of the fact that the banks are operating the loan evaluation and the recovery of the loan, the lessee, the real estate owner, the lessor, and the lessee who will conclude a false lease contract.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B submitted a false charter agreement to the bank, and received a charter loan, and conspired to have them divided into Z.

Accordingly, the above Defendants, in collusion with Z, deceiving the affected bank as above, and are in the name of AA on July 5, 201 from the affected bank.
