Reasons
1. 제1심 판결의 인용 이 법원이 이 사건에 관하여 설시할 이유는, 제1심 판결 중 제4면 제19행의 ‘급성 심근경색으로’ 다음에 ‘인한’을 추가하고, 제5면 제7행의 ‘공동퇸’을 ‘공통된’으로, 제9면 제15행의 ‘08:28’을 ‘08:28경’으로, 제8면 제1행 및 제15행, 제9면 제8행의 각 ‘L’를 각 ‘M’로, 제10면 제13행의 ‘2011형제2853’을 ‘2011형제3853호’로 각 고치는 외에는 제1심 판결의 기재와 같으므로, 민사소송법 제420조 본문에 의하여 이를 인용한다.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is justifiable, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed for all reasons.
