On April 24, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.111% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven a vehicle for riding Cnish-gu in the section of approximately 100 meters from the front of the Seoul Central Franc-gu B to the lower end of the 559 lux mountain-ro 559.
