1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the annex 2 list;
(b)18,077,656 won and as regards them;
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as shown in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. According to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019. Thus, the portion of the claim for damages for delay seeking payment exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 is rejected.
