1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 per annum from August 13, 2004 to December 6, 2004; and 19% per annum from December 7, 2004 to the plaintiff. < Amended by Act No. 7290, Dec. 7, 2004>

Reasons

1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;

(However, ‘creditor' shall be ‘Plaintiff', ‘debtor' shall be ‘Defendant'. 2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of law(Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
