1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 275,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 19, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. The C&C Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C&C Investment”) lent the Defendant a total of KRW 275,000,000 on April 11, 2007, KRW 50,000,000 on April 26, 2007, KRW 150,000,000 on October 9, 2007, and KRW 15,000,000 on January 8, 2008, KRW 275,000,000 on January 14, 208, and KRW 275,000,000 on loan repayment damages from the following day to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant loan”). Since the Plaintiff’s obligation to pay the Plaintiff the loan repayment damages from KRW 50,000 on January 18, 2016, the Defendant was obligated to pay the Plaintiff the loan repayment damages from KRW 275,005,00,000 on the loan transfer date.
