Punishment of the crime
On May 8, 2012, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver's license from around 5 km section from the road in the Cheongju-gun of North Korea to the front road of the Gyeong Young-gun's Cheongpo-gun's Cheongpo-gun's Cheongpo-gun's Cheongpo-gun.
