1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 31, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment by public notice based on the grounds for final judgment (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
