When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On March 31, 2014, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 300 meters from the front road of the KCC apartment located in the long-term Dong-si Kimpo-si, Gyeonggi-si to the front road of the New High Hospital located in the same Dong-si.
