1. The defendant shall pay 40,000,000 won to the plaintiff simultaneously with the delivery of real estate stated in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. As the lease contract was terminated on October 7, 2010 with the defendant indicating the claim, the right to return the lease deposit simultaneously with the return of the leased object;
