A. At around April 30, 2018, Defendant A: (a) around 16:24, 2018, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim D, which was cleaning the Otopy C 204 Franchis, without any justifiable reason; and (b) “I am flag, Chewing, and flag,” and “I am flag,” and “I am flag, I am flag, I am flag, and am flag.”

B. Defendant B, on the ground that the victim D reported to the police at the date, time, and place indicated in paragraph 1, and at the same time, insulting the victim at the same bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.

2. Determination

A. Applicable legal provisions: Article 311(b) of the Criminal Act; Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act; Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act

On June 5, 2018, the victim D, after the indictment of this case, withdrawn each complaint against the Defendants.

Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 No. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
