A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of B 2 cargo vehicles.
The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 17:05 on October 25, 2019, the Defendant driven the front road of Gwangju Mine-gu C from the bankruptcy Dong to the second intersection of Song Jong-dong by using one-lane between the two-lanes.
In this case, it is a four-lane general road, and in this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to live well on the front side and the left side, to accurately operate the steering system, not to drive it in such a way as to endanger and obstruct other vehicles, and to prevent accidents.
Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting the front-si, and was in the same position at the point of accident.
The victim D(the age of 33) who was a traffic signal stop at the front of the U.S. and was driven by the victim D(the age of 33) in the front of the vehicle.
The Defendant caused the injury of the victim D, the victim F (n, 39 years of age), the victim G (n, 66 years of age) of the victimized vehicle with the foregoing occupational negligence by causing the injury of the victim D, the victim F (n, 39 years of age), and the victim G (n, f6 years of age) for each two-day medical treatment.
2. Around 17:05 on October 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven B 2 truck from the 1km road in the G of Gwangju Mine to the road in front of Gwangju Mine-gu, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.15% of blood alcohol level; (b) around 17:05, the Defendant driven B 2 truck from the 1km road in the G of Gwangju Mine-gu to the road in front of Gwangju Mine-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
