Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On March 14, 2014, at around 23:02, the Defendant: (a) went to the Busan Northern Police Station C District, located in the Busan Northern Police Station C District; (b) and took a look at the police officer, who was a police officer belonging to the said District B, and she saw the disturbance, and used the Defendant’s family or house number to take a bath to safely return the Defendant; (c) the Defendant used the said D’s bridge, including “this rings, sprinking, and sprinking.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in the relief of the host.
