1. According to the division of these roles, the Defendant, along with other telephone counselors on February 14, 2012, sent by D to many unspecified persons through a large-scale text delivery agency website, with the text message “IBK AF director: (3) Mar. 1, 2012, I will be able to lend the text message “(30,000 won............... 170,00 won is opened to contact).” The Defendant introduced the victim AG, who called “AH agency corporation entrusted with corporate bank,” to “IH agency,” and then sent the same attitude to arrange the loan to the victim who needs the loan, and confirmed the existence of the registration of the business.
