1. The part concerning the claim for confirmation of ownership among the instant lawsuit is dismissed.

1. Basic facts
A. On December 2, 1921, the registration of ownership transfer was completed with respect to each land listed in [Attachment List] Nos. 1 through 6 on the registered titleholders of each land listed in [Attachment List] in [Attachment List] on the real estate list (hereinafter “land” according to the sequences thereof), and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 2, 1921 by 1/3 shares in the net Q and R’s name, and the above three deceaseds co-ownership 1 through 6 shares, while the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 8, 1930 in Q Q’s name on the whole shares of Q Q.
(2) On September 21, 1949, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of the network S, T, and U on the seven land. On November 25, 201, on the part of the Plaintiff’s subrogation application, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of V on the said S portion: (a) 13/120 shares; (b) 9/120 shares; (c) 9/120 shares; (d) 9/120 shares; and (e) 9/120 shares in Defendant E-9/120 shares; and (c) on January 24, 2013, the ownership transfer registration in the name of V was completed with respect to the entire shares in W.
B. As above, land 1 or 6 is registered as joint ownership of P, S, and R, 1/3 shares, 7 shares of T 1/3 shares, U1/3 shares, 52/120 shares, 49/120 shares, and 9/120 shares of Defendant E. The above shares were inherited as shown in the attached inheritance process.
C. (1) After the progress of the previous judgment of this case, V, a sole inheritance of S’s property through an agreement on the inheritance portion, filed a lawsuit against P, R and T’s inheritors seeking the registration of ownership transfer of P, 23602, 201Gahap5496 (Lawsuit of Intervention by Independent Party) with Suwon District Court 2010Gahap23602, 201Gahap5496 (Lawsuit of Intervention by Independent Party). The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the heir of V, P, R, and T, seeking the registration of ownership transfer of each of the above lands. The above court is the Plaintiff’s ownership of land 1 through 7, and the network, P, R, T, and U’s share transfer was completed according to the trust agreement between the Plaintiff and the clan members.
