Defendant

A is a person who actually runs a stock company B in Pyeongtaek-si D until the end of 2013, and the defendant corporation B is a corporation established for the purpose of international logistics mediation.

1. Defendant A

(a) In filing an import declaration for a false import, no false declaration on the dutiable value, etc. shall be filed in order to affect the determination of the amount of duty;
