As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to global conditions and criminal investigation, and at the same time, damaged the character of public play that requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

Defendant B, around 01:30 on the same day, arrested Defendant B as a flagrant offender of the crime of assault as an act of assault, and committed assault, such as the following: (a) the spacker A, who was arrested as a flagrant offender of the crime of assault; (b) the spacker B’s wheels to force the victim I (age 29); and (c) the victim J(age 48)’s left side buck with his hand.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate performance of duties concerning the processing of 112 reports and criminal investigations, and at the same time, the victim I suffered damage to scambling that requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment, and damaged scams that require approximately 2 weeks of treatment to the victim J.
