Defendant

A is the owner of the instant land purchased of 1,133 square meters of C forest land (hereinafter “instant land”) at Jeju-si around January 20, 2016, and Defendant B is the mother of Defendant A.

On December 2019, the Defendants came to know that part of the instant land was used as a road for a long time by neighboring residents and many unspecified vehicles, with the intent to install a pents and make it unfasible to the part of the instant land, which is the land, by installing a pents, and Defendant A delegated Defendant B with the installation of a pents, and Defendant B conspiredd to request Defendant B to install a pents by requesting a pents to install a pents.

On January 17, 2020, the Defendants conspired to install 1.2m high and 50m high and 50m high at the boundary of the instant land and the State-owned land in collusion so that part of the instant land, which is the land, can not be carried by neighboring residents and many unspecified vehicles from that time until February 17, 2020.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to obstruct the traffic by causing the passage of the land, which is a public place, to the general public.
