1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 24, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the return of KRW 40,000,000 and delayed damages on the ground that the lease agreement (deposit: KRW 40,000,00) dated April 5, 2012 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on April 5, 2012 between Yongsan-gu Seoul and the Defendant on the indication of the claim had expired;
