Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
around June 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) imported and supplied private water storage fishing; and (b) concluded an agreement with the Defendant to sell private water storage fishing; and (c) concluded the agreement with the Defendant to sell private water storage fishing.
8. Around September 23, 2012, upon the termination of the above agreement, the Plaintiff agreed to the effect that “the period during which the Defendant supplies a private water storage of an amount equivalent to KRW 110 million from the end of September 2012.” D supplied a private water storage of an amount equivalent to KRW 65 million at the market price to the end of September 2012 according to the above agreement, and supply a private water storage of an amount equivalent to KRW 5 million from the date of September 23, 2012 to the end of September 2012, D sent text messages to the Defendant on November 23, 2012, while not supplying the remaining private water storage of an amount of KRW 52 million.
From this point of time, the Defendant demanded D to pay 60 million won, instead of civil water, to threaten the victim and his family members.
1. At around 16:00 on November 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sought to the fourth floor of the Seo-gu building in Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) sought D’s father F (the age of 63); and (c) D’s mother, G (the age of 62), “D is a criminal suspect; (d) talked with the Minister of Justice known to the Ministry of Justice in this case; and (d) 4 to 5 years in prison. By doing so, the Defendant threatened 60,000 won by having talked about the 160,000 won.”
From the above date to November 28, 2012, the Defendant threatened the victim F, the victim G, the victim H (70 years of age), the head of D, the victim I (the victim I, the f3 years of age), the mother of D, and the wife J (n, the 40 years of age) of D through eight times in total, as shown in the list of crimes committed in attached Table.
2. Defamation;
A. On November 25, 2012, around November 25, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime is bound by the Defendant’s mobile phone to K, who is an employee of the victim D, by using the Defendant’s mobile phone.
