Basic Facts
A. On June 12, 2017, at the time of concluding the agreement, C-E and J-E (hereinafter “C-E”) residents and E enter into a mutual agreement with respect to the construction project of the F power plant between G power stations and G power transmission stations, which E is promoted:
1.E shall carry out special support programs in order to preserve the landscape and effects that may arise from the construction of electric lines and to facilitate implementation of the construction with the cooperation of village residents, as follows:
Special support project costs: The details of the special support project: income increase project, purchase of village joint facilities, housing improvement project, etc.: Notification at the time of request for the payment of retainers;
2. The special support project cost shall be executed on the responsibility of a village resident, and when the promotion chairperson requests payment in writing from among the representative of residents, E shall deposit 30% of the commencement fee and 70% of the remaining amount in the account of a large number of joint representatives of residents or village council;
Any balance payment schedule: The payment schedule within two months from the date of conclusion of the agreement: Within three months from the date of the agreement of the shipping lines construction company, but if the approval of the implementation plan for the electric power generation business of EF prior to the arrival of the above schedule (the present schedule shall be the end of June 17) under the government policy, it shall be notified of the change of the payment date.
3.For the smooth implementation of this project, village residents shall actively cooperate with the use of roads to the village of the contractor and related enterprises entrusted by E and E, workplaces, and access roads to the construction works, and upon the implementation of this Agreement, village residents shall not act as well as any civil or criminal objection to the project, including objection to the construction related to the project, civil complaints by the authorizing and permitting authorities, and civil petitions for the project for the purposes of the project.
4. E shall endeavor to minimize damage to residents during the implementation of the Village Section.
5. A village resident shall pay all or part of the special support project cost;
