1. The defendant jointly and severally with B Co., Ltd. for KRW 30,705,549 and KRW 30,705,544 out of the total amount and KRW 30,705,544 on October 25, 2018.

(However, the creditor's "creditor" is considered as the "defendant", and the payment order is finalized for the "B" corporation. 2. Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; and effective from June 1, 2019) is dismissed.
