1. The defendant shall pay 368,696,329 won to the plaintiffs and 22% per annum from July 19, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On November 4, 2015, the Plaintiffs indicated in the claim received dividends of KRW 187,871,479 from the Daegu District Court E real estate auction case on July 18, 2018 and appropriated to repay the principal and interest to the Defendant on May 4, 2016; KRW 375,00,000,00 and delayed interest rate of KRW 22% per annum after the due date; and the damages for delay thereof, the Plaintiffs paid dividends of KRW 187,871,479 in the Daegu District Court E real estate auction case on July 18, 2018.
