1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from May 7, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

On May 30, 2005, the Plaintiff lent KRW 200,000 to the Defendant, issued and delivered a promissory note representing a face value of KRW 200,000,000 from the Defendant. On March 26, 2007, there is no dispute between the parties who received each letter (Evidence A2) as the Plaintiff agreed to receive KRW 200,000,000 from the Defendant.
