If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On February 23, 2012, at around 23:00 on the first day of the first day, the Defendant embezzled, without following the prescribed procedures such as returning one cash card to the victim, the victim B fell at the shop near the Busan post office located in Jung-gu Busan, Busan, one of which is the market price of 110,000 won.
