B On June 30, 2009, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced 1 year of suspended sentence to 2 years of imprisonment on July 8, 2009 due to a violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act at the Seoul Central District Court.

D Political Parties and the Korean Film Association established a fluorial card with the content that "the responsibility for economic derivatives and the responsibility for the retirement of the members and the general retirement of the members," in participation of 600 persons from around 15:00 to 16:45 on November 15, 2008, and held "the E-social in which the inventive step solidarity belongs".

The Defendants jointly carried out a demonstration with the said demonstration team and carried out the demonstration in front of the front line of the Bank of Korea, the passage of the vehicle, making it impossible for the Defendants to communicate the vehicle.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with the above 250 persons and interfered with the traffic of the vehicle in front of the front front of the Maba-dong, Mabro-ro, small-ro, Bank of Korea, Maba-dong.
