The defendant shall pay 50 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 14, 2009 to the day of complete payment.
1. The plaintiff, on December 29, 2001, lent a total of KRW 10 million to the defendant, KRW 5 million on May 7, 2004, KRW 15 million on May 27, 2004, KRW 50 million on June 30, 2004, and KRW 30 million on June 30, 2004, and C guaranteed the defendant's above loan obligations against the plaintiff.
The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant and C with the Suwon District Court 2009Kadan91626, which ordered payment of the above loan, and on March 26, 2010, the above court rendered a judgment ordering the Plaintiff to pay the amount of KRW 50 million and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from November 14, 2009 to the date of full payment.
The above judgment was finalized as it is.
The plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case to extend the extinctive prescription of a claim according to the above judgment.
