A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Any person who intends to engage in the business of managing collective housing under the Housing Act shall register with the head of the Gu, etc., and shall not make the said registration by fraud or other improper means;

2. On June 201, the Defendant, at the foregoing company, in charge of filing an application for the registration of housing management business of the foregoing company, entered “F” and “I” in the name column of the employee on the file format of the employment contract prepared in advance, and entered “F” in the name column of the employee (B) name column and printed out the document file in the name column of the user (A) name, and affixed a seal on the printed printed form (A), and signed “F” in the name column of the employee (B).
