1. The defendant shall pay 3,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
1. The plaintiff, on July 5, 1995, lent to the defendant a total of KRW 30 million on April 4, 1996, and KRW 33 million on a loan to the defendant. The plaintiff filed a payment order ( Daegu District Court Branch Court Branch Decision 2005Guj3281) against the defendant and decided on April 6, 2005 that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the money of KRW 33 million and the expenses for demand procedure with KRW 20% per annum from the day when the original copy of the payment order was delivered to the plaintiff to the day when the payment was fully paid, but the lawsuit of this case was filed for the extension of the extinctive prescription period."
