마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant attempted to sell and purchase Mept Mept Mept Mept Mept Mept Mept Mesphers, who sent KRW 1.1.8 million to a seller of Mesphers, was willing to listen to and purchase the Mesphers. On February 6, 2018, the Defendant failed to transfer KRW 500,000,000 to the bank account (C) of the Mesphers bank account (hereinafter “Mesphers”) of the Mesphers of the Mesphers, which is delivered by the seller at the point of the Mesphers of the Mesphers, from the seller of Mespher Mesphersphers. However, the seller failed to send the Mesphersphers and attempted to purchase the Mesphers.
2. On February 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) transferred the sum of KRW 500,000 won and KRW 1.80,000 won to the bank account (C) of the name-non-sale account, which is the deposit account for purchase of Meptian, received from the Meptian from the Meptian branch office located in Seo-si 214, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si; (b) around 21:00 on two occasions at the E Facilities Cargo Center located in Seo-si, Sin-si, Sinsan-si, and traded the sum of KRW 1.18,00 won on two occasions; and (c) around 21:0 on the same day, at the E Facilities Cargo Center located in Seo-si, Seo-si, Sin-si.
3. On February 11, 2018, from around May 17, 2018 to around May 17, 2018, the Defendant administered a Mept ambamin in total 14 times by inserting the Defendant’s water into a one-time injection machine at the inside of the Defendant’s residence located in the Sinsan City F at each Saturday, and dilution with water, and then administering the Mept ambamin in total by hanging the Defendant’s right arms at the cam of the Defendant’s residence. < Amended by Act No. 15335, Feb. 11, 2018>
