[criminal record] The Defendant, at the Sungnam branch of the Suwon District Court on March 29, 2018, was sentenced to three years of suspended sentence for one year of imprisonment due to a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 6, 2018, and is currently under suspended sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On October 30, 2018, from around 01:50 to around 02:05 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) taken a DNA taxi operated by the victim B (the age of 53) in front of Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) heard from the victim the phrase “50 meters, if she is within 50 meters, she will do so, she will do so she will do so ; (c)” and eventually, the Defendant took the part of the victim; (d) even though the Defendant took the part of the victim, she took the part of the victim, “I will do”, “I will do, she will do so, she will do so,” and (e) she did not take the victim’s desire to “I will do, she will do so, she will do so,” and (e) she did not take the victim’s desire to drive a taxi in front of Suwon-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the taxi business of the said victim by force.

2. On October 30, 2018, from around 02:10 to around 02:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the victim E (the 55-year-old), such as “sprinking, sprinking, murdering, etc.” (the 55-year-old-old), and (b) took a bath to the victim E (the 55-year-old-old-old), and subsequently, prevented the victim from entering the place of business, intending to walk back the lower part of the victim’s body, walking back, and walking out of the place of business.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with souping business of the victim by force.
