1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the records, it is justifiable for the lower court to reverse the first instance judgment and to render a not-guilty verdict on the fraud of victims E among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. In so doing, it did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules and by misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence.

2. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court as to the Defendant’s grounds for appeal, the lower court is justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of this case’s facts charged (except for the portion without charge) on the grounds indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the criminal intent of deception in fraud or by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
