1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 5,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 24, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff loaned KRW 5 million to the Defendant on July 10, 2013 by setting the due date on October 25, 2013; thus, the Plaintiff shall claim the loan and the damages for delay.
