1. The defendant shall calculate the amount of KRW 40,00,000 to the plaintiff with 12% per annum from July 26, 2020 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On August 21, 2019, the Plaintiff made a loan to the Defendant with the interest rate of 5% per annum, 10% per annum, 10% per annum, and 40,000,000 won due date as of December 30, 202. The Defendant agreed to pay the principal and interest in installments on the 30th day of each month, but the Defendant has delayed the payment of these funds at least three times, to lose the interest due date and to pay the full amount of the loan immediately. Since the Defendant did not pay the interest and principal from September 2019 to the present day, the Defendant did not pay the above loan 40,000,000 won and damages for delay from the next day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act) by applicable provisions of law.
