1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a)on delivery of Daejeon Seo-gu C, 202;
B. From August 4, 2014, the delivery of the above building.
Reasons
1. On June 4, 2013, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the order to the Defendant as KRW 2 million, monthly rent of KRW 250,000,000, and the lease term of KRW 24 months. However, the Defendant delayed the lease from August 4, 2014, and the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract by serving a duplicate of the instant complaint.
