A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Criminal facts
1. On August 14, 2012, around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, around 103, the 103-dong C Apartment-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) opened a Vietnam-do window that was not corrected by a human being to commit the crime; and (c) intruded on the inside; and (d) stolen property equivalent to KRW 10,101,00,000, total market price of the victim’s net gold bars owned by the victim D, which was in the clothes room, including 2, net gold bars, 1,500 US dollars.
2. On December 30, 2012, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) around 205, the 102-ho-gun E Apartment-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) opened a Vietnamese window that was not corrected by taking the inside of the Defendant as the object of committing the crime; and (c) intruded on the inside of the said house; and (d) cut off the low amount of money using the 200,000 won, which was owned by the victim F of the cremation.
3. At around 19:00 on January 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around the building located in Gangwon-gun G G, Gangwon-do, the second floor where no one exists and the second floor was removed; (b) destroyed the windows up to the second floor by using a bridge installed therein; (c) opened a door by inserting a hand between the shoulder crepans and intrudes on the inside, and then stolen the property of KRW 10,90,000 in total at the market price, such as 17 gold teams owned by the victim I, 2 gold bars, 2 gold bars, and 10,090,000 won in total.
