1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 8, 2008 to the day of complete payment.
In addition to the statement in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff loaned 30,000,000 won to the defendant on February 15, 2004 by setting the due date as the end of August 2006, and it can be acknowledged that the defendant has not paid it up to now.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above borrowed amount of KRW 30,00,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from April 8, 2008 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the payment order of this case.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
