1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each corresponding amount in the claim list of each party's claim amount stated in the separate sheet and each corresponding amount.
According to the purport of the evidence No. 1 and the whole pleadings, the Plaintiffs are recognized as having provided labor under their employment to the Defendant and retired on December 31, 2015, and the Plaintiffs’ wages, retirement allowances, and unused annual allowances not paid by the Defendant up to the date are the same as the details of unpaid wages in the list of claims by each party.
Therefore, the Defendant is liable to pay each claim amount on the unpaid wages, etc. to the Plaintiffs, and each of them, calculated by the ratio of 20% per annum from January 15, 2016 to the date of full payment under the Labor Standards Act, from the date following the 14th day after the Plaintiffs finally provided labor.
Therefore, each of the claims of the plaintiffs in this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting all of them.
