1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 20,013,805 as well as KRW 19,315,745 as to the plaintiff. From December 30, 1999 to July 1, 2004.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The provisions of Article 208(3)(3)(a) of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of a creditor; however, the creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff; and the debtor shall be deemed to be the defendant.
