However, around February 20, 2010, at the J Real Estate Office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, the apartment rent contract was forged five times in the indication column of the real estate in the name of the apartment rent contract by using a computer.

As a result, Defendant A forged five copies of the apartment lease contract in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising them in collusion with C, D, and B.
