A. The Plaintiff’s business cooperation agreement 1) On April 9, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into Ebes Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Ebes”).

2) The business cooperation contract was concluded with the company (hereinafter “instant business cooperation contract”).

2) The main contents of the instant project cooperation agreement are as follows.

Article 1 [Purpose] The purpose of the instant business cooperation agreement is the equipment which receives HDI from the receiver who received the signal from the receiver who received the signal from the satellite antenna of the Plaintiff, EVS, and LDD Hedend antenna and sent it to the premises of the East-do network by converting it into terrestrial digital signal and converting it to the terrestrial digital signal.

The ELN takes charge of the production and RMA of the product in question, and the EVS and LNE shall assist the Plaintiff in the business activities and technical assistance related to the progress of the business.

2. The Plaintiff becomes a contractor for exclusive supply with Switzerland and with customers with products developed by Eths, and engages in production funds support, supply, and business activities.
