The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On August 14, 2019, at around 23:05, the Defendant assaulted the victim B (30 years of age) and the victim B (30 years of age) in front of the subway station of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City due to the change of the vehicle line in front of the subway station of Seocho-gu, Seoul, with his head facing the left-hand eyebrow.
2. The facts charged of the instant case are those not prosecuted against the express will of the victim under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.
However, according to the records, the victim can recognize the fact that he/she withdraws his/her previous wish to punish the defendant after instituting the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure
