1. The Defendant’s KRW 4,828,607 and KRW 769,38 among them shall be 18% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

In full view of the facts without dispute between the parties, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, and the purport of the whole pleadings, the plaintiffs jointly owned by the defendant on June 1, 2016: (a) the deposit of KRW 14 million, monthly rent of KRW 1.4 million, and the lease period of KRW 1.4 million from June 7, 2016 to June 6, 2017; (b) the defendant agreed to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 18% per annum per annum per annum per annum at the time of the conclusion of the above lease; (c) the defendant delayed payment of the management expenses and two or more months; (d) the defendant expressed his intention to terminate the lease; (e) the defendant paid KRW 3 million to the defendant on March 10, 2017; and (e) the defendant did not pay the above real estate on May 31, 2017; and (e) the defendant did not pay KRW 308,300,000,000 won per annum 36.
