[criminal record] The defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on September 9, 1997, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Changwon District Court on December 15, 1998, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Changwon District Court on November 30, 2001, and was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul High Court on January 10, 207, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul District Court on October 14, 201 and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime on July 11, 2012.

[Criminal facts]

1. On January 13, 2013, at around 11:10, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not set up in D in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; (b) intruded into a church into the church and set up on the musical room’s chair; (c) 50,000 won in cash owned by the female; and (d) 35,000 won in cash owned by the female within the bank of the victim E; and (d) stolen it.

2. On March 23, 2013, at around 12:00, the Defendant opened a door that was not set up in the H building located in Seocheon-gu G, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and intruded into the building, and subsequently stolen the Defendant’s cash of KRW 300,000 owned by the female and KRW 90,000 in cash owned by the female in the room where the victim J was residing.

3. On March 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not set up in K at the time of the following cities around 11:30 on March 24, 2013; and (b) intruded into the entrance of the party; and (c) carried out a 1,400,000 won in cash, check 10,000 won, and stolen it.

4. On April 14, 2013, at around 13:40 on April 14, 2013, the Defendant entered the above office by using the gaps of 206 office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul N, and entered the above office to the above office, and the Defendant owned cash of 100,000 won within the bank of the victim P who was on his/her book.
