A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
"2012 Highest 2706" accused is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On August 24, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant remitted 5.90,000 won of psychotropic drugs to the Nonghyup Bank account (Account Number D) in the name of C, and purchased 0.8 grams from C in front of the G store located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, at around 23:30 on the same day.
2. On September 1, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of philophones contained in C’s car parked in front of the Defendant’s residence located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, and received from C with approximately 0.05 g of phiphones.
3. On December 10, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant administered a philopon in a manner of drinking 0.03 galopon in which a single person (one person I) in his/her name in the liquor book “H” in the detailed city of the Republic of the Philippines (H) had a approximately 0.03 galopon in the form of drinking.
4. The Defendant inhales marijuana at the time and place described in paragraph 3, in a manner that inhales marijuana tobacco issued by a single name I with a fire.
