On August 8, 2015, from around 20:30 to around 08:40 on August 10, 2015, the Defendants failed to receive wages from the victim C from the large apartment parking lot located in the 22-15-gil-ro 13-gil-ro, Leecheon-si to the 133th day between the Defendants, on the grounds that the victims did not receive wages from the victim C.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to obstruct the operation of vehicles by the victim by force.
