1. The Defendant is based on the completion of the prescriptive acquisition on January 1, 2013, with respect to the land size of 460 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do.

Reasons

1. From January 1, 1993, D, the Plaintiff’s father of the claim, occupied 360 square meters in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and the Plaintiff occupied the above land by donation from D around November 201, 2012, and thus, the Defendant is obliged to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on January 1, 2013 with respect to the above land.
