1. The defendant shall pay 37,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 24, 2004 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the interruption of prescription of the claim established by the above judgment against the plaintiff's claim for loans of KRW 37,000,000 against the defendant was finalized by this court's ruling as a case of KRW 2003Ga27010.
