Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Any person who intends to build a building with a total floor area of less than 200 square meters and less than three floors in a management area, agricultural and forest area, or natural environment conservation area under the National Land Planning and Utilization Act shall file a report thereon with the head of the relevant local government.

On November 2015, the Defendant extended a house of 11.52 square meters on one story and 27.06 square meters on two stories by using wood tanks and plastics to the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun and C, a management area, without filing a construction report with the head of Hongcheon-gun.
